JH Baits VIP Referral Program Terms

The JH Baits VIP Referral Program is exclusively available to eligible members of the JH Baits VIP Club. By joining or participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the JH Baits VIP Referral Program is available only to customers with an active JH Baits VIP Club Membership.
JH Baits Europe reserves the right to approve or reject participation in the Referral Program.
If your VIP Membership is cancelled, expires or otherwise becomes inactive, your participation in the Referral Program and your ability to earn new rewards may also be suspended or terminated.
2. Personal Referral Code and Link
Approved VIP Members receive a personal referral code and/or referral link that can be shared with friends, family and other potential JH Baits customers.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible customers using your referral code receive a 10% discount on eligible JH Baits products.
Discounts apply only to products included in the applicable referral promotion and may exclude certain products, memberships, gift cards, bundles, special offers, wholesale products or other excluded items.
3. JH Baits Credit
For eligible referred purchases, the referring VIP Member earns 5% JH Baits Credit.
The reward is calculated on the eligible product value after discounts and excluding VAT/taxes, shipping charges and other excluded amounts.
JH Baits Credit:
- can be used towards eligible future purchases from JH Baits Europe;
- has no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
- cannot be transferred to another person unless expressly permitted by JH Baits Europe.
4. Referral Confirmation
Referral rewards are not necessarily credited immediately.
A referral must first meet the applicable confirmation requirements and may remain pending during the confirmation period.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise invalid may result in the related reward being cancelled, reduced or reversed.
5. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are not permitted.
VIP Members may not use their own referral link or referral code to generate JH Baits Credit from their own purchases.
Your personal VIP discount is the benefit intended for your own purchases.
Attempts to circumvent this restriction by using alternative customer accounts, e-mail addresses or other methods may result in cancellation of rewards or suspension from the Referral Program.
6. Fair Use
The Referral Program is intended to reward genuine recommendations of JH Baits products.
Referral codes and links may be shared with friends, family, fishing contacts and through your own social media or other appropriate channels.
The following activities are not permitted without prior written permission from JH Baits Europe:
- misleading or deceptive advertising;
- presenting yourself as an official employee or representative of JH Baits Europe;
- creating false or fraudulent orders;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- paid advertising using JH Baits trademarks or brand names in a misleading manner;
- manipulating the Referral Program to generate artificial rewards.
JH Baits Europe may investigate unusual referral activity and withhold or cancel rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
7. Discounts and Promotions
Referral discounts may not be combined with certain other discount codes, promotions, bulk prices, special offers or VIP discounts.
The products and orders eligible for referral discounts and rewards are determined by JH Baits Europe and may change from time to time.
8. VIP Membership and Referral Program
The JH Baits VIP Club Membership and the JH Baits VIP Referral Program are related but separate benefits.
Payment of a VIP Membership fee does not guarantee a specific amount of referral income or JH Baits Credit.
There is no obligation to make referrals in order to remain a VIP Member.
9. Changes to the Program
JH Baits Europe may reasonably modify the Referral Program, including its discounts, reward percentages, eligible products, reward methods or participation conditions.
Where changes materially affect existing members, JH Baits Europe will aim to communicate them appropriately before they take effect.
Rewards already validly earned before a change will not be removed solely because the program terms have subsequently changed, except in cases of refund, fraud, abuse or another violation of these terms.
10. Suspension or Termination
JH Baits Europe reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Referral Program in the event of:
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- misuse of referral codes;
- self-referrals;
- violation of these terms;
- abuse of discounts or rewards;
- conduct that could reasonably damage JH Baits Europe or its reputation.
Invalid or fraudulently obtained JH Baits Credit may be cancelled.
